Our house is located 50 meters from the sea and only 500 meters from the beautiful beach Njervesanden! You also have forest and mountains just outside the door. House for 6 Persons, 3 bedrooms (1 on groundfloor, 2 rooms upstairs), 2 bathrooms where one has shower and sauna, Washroom with washingmachine, dryer and freezer, TV. Gorgeous cottage for rent suitable for families with children

We want to list this great summer cottage. Here has everything needed to have a lovely stay, whether it's a weekend or week(s). From June 13 and through August 21 (the summer months), I want to host on a weekly basis. It is desirable to rent to someone who is tidy/clean, and loves to take care of things, to say the least. The hut is brand new and very exclusive. It stands out from the others nearby. Please let me know if anything is unclear and I'll try my best to clarify:)

Vacation home in Sørlandet

The home has 4 bedrooms and a loft living room with sofa bed/ double bed. Only 80 meters to indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. And Åros beach with heated outdoor pool ( for an additional charge ) Kristiansand is only 15 minutes away. The zoo / Sørlandssenteret is only 25 - 30 minutes away. Brand new home in 2023, with proximity to everything you might need for a great stay in Sørlandet. Looking forward to visiting! They are only 5 minutes away and can help if needed.

Her kan både barn og voksne kan skape en minneverdig ferie. Boligen ligger innerst i en blindvei med skogen som nabo. I hagen bak huset er det flere unike fasiliteter i en idyllisk og funksjonell skogstomt. Søgnes vakre skjærgård noen få min. kjøretur unna; bla Åros feriesenter med lekeapparater, badebasseng nede ved stranden. Kristiansand sentrum 17min og Dyreparken 25min kjøretur.

Family Dream in the South

NB! During the joint holiday (Last week in June, all of July and first 2 weeks in August), I want to rent at least 5 days per week. A lovely place to make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. A fantastic summer cottage suitable for both children and individuals. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed sets and towels cost extra 1500 NOK.
