Nearby are museums, historical buildings, coffee houses, bars, and a multitude of shops. Walk to the city center in 20 minutes. Tram number 49 is in the same street. It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

Stock, ohne Lift. Standard bei uns sind 2 Gäste, ihr könnt gerne auch bis zu viert buchen (hierzu das Sofa) und wir bemühen uns, alles für Euch herzurichten.

Rustic loft and nature

This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

By bus 58B you can get directly to Schönbrunn Palace in 14 minutes, entrance Hietzinger Tor, Palmenhaus, Rosengarten and Tiergarten Schönbrunn and U4 Hitzig. From the Atzgersdorf express train station by S-Bahn to Belvedere/Quartier Belvedere and Hauptbahnhof station- continue with U1 to Stephansplatz.
