The Tenant House has a rich history on Main Street in downtown Richmond. Guests have access to all shared spaces I will be available 24/7 for contact via text, call, email, or in person. Information about the surrounding area and the unit will be provided. Walk to the latest downtown venues and jog round nearby parks from this location, directly across from the Richmond Visitors Center. Eastern Kentucky University is also convenient for here, while many places to eat and drink are on the doorstep.

Enjoy this peaceful and centrally-located apartment. Across the street from the historic Henry Clay estate. Just a few miles from Rupp arena, Uk, stadium and downtown. A short drive to the horse park. Walking distance to restaurants.We love pets please note there is an extra fee This is a one bedroom with a queen bed. The front foyer has French door for privacy, to be a small second room to sleep. The couch folds into a sleeper. Street parking only. The back and driveway is our private area.

Charming & Cozy in Downtown Lexington

316 Hampton Court was designed for vacation rentals 110 years before the first air mattress was rented out on Airbnb. Built as apartments in 1920 on land owned by the Stoll family and named for their son in law, The Howard was bought and completely renovated in 2007. Now it has several vacation rentals behind its historic rounded door and up its oak staircase.
