Joli appartement de 26m2 très lumineux avec coin montagne au 6ème étage, 5 couchages, balcon et vue imprenable sur la montagne sans vis à vis. Résidence calme avec ascenseurs. Idéalement situé à 100m des pistes, ESF, forfait, restaurants et tous commerces à Vars les Claux. Secteur Point Show. Résidence l’EYSSINA. Piscine, luge sur rail, accrobranche, cinéma et bien d’autres activités vous attendent, été comme hiver, dans cette magnifique station au cœur des hautes Alpes!!! À très vite 😊

Shops downstairs. Excellent condition and well-equipped. NO SMOKING. Video on request. As an option, linens and towels can be rented (delivered by the laundry).

US, 1 bedroom (140 bed), 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90), 1 shower room, independent toilet, storage, garage and cellar. Shops nearby. Excellent condition and very well equipped. NO SMOKING.
