Very good internet and small quiet office for teleworking or writing a novel! Beautiful renovation of quality, charm and comfort. Living/Dining room of 50 m2 with wood stove and fireplace (in addition to electric heating) , fully equipped kitchen 18 m2 with table 5 people; 2 independent attic bedrooms and bed one person in small office overlooking the living room ( sheets provided); bathroom; separate toilet. outdoor garage. Over 100 sm country house in large lawn garden overlooking the beautiful Perche countryside, and perfect for long walks around.. No close neighbours but not isolated. Close to charming historical towns and villages ( Montmirail, La Ferte Bernard, Vendome,..), and 1h drive from Chateaux de La Loire. Excellent wifi in a quiet small office, for homeworking or writing a novel! The Gite is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside or evenings with music is not allowed. it is located next to another house. there are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I gather for couples. There are 2 more foldable beds in 90/190. Located 5 minutes from the exit of the La Ferté-Bernard highway with these shops and activities, which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.
