Το studio βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω στο κύμα, σε μια απολύτως ήσυχη περιοχή. Ο χώρος προσφέρει απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα. Η παραλία ακριβώς μπροστά στο σπίτι είναι αποκλειστικά για εσάς. Μπροστά υπάρχει μεγάλη βεράντα με απεριόριστη θέα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο. Πίσω υπάρχει μικρός ελαιώνας με άνετο χώρο στάθμευσης, μπάρπεκιου και μικρός λαχανόκηπος που όλα το προιόντα του προσφέρονται δωρεάν στους επισκέπτες. Ο χώρος είναι μοναδικός, ιδανικός για χαλάρωση και ήρεμες διακοπές.

Villa Charlotte consists of a beautiful bedroom, bathroom/wc and toilet/wc corner. Its living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, overlooks beautiful landscaped terraces. Extended by a pergola housing the dining area and its barbecue, the villa offers a beautiful sea view but also a 180 degree view of the hills planted with olive trees and cypress trees. A 6 minute walk to the port of Loggos with its tavernas, bars and shops as well as several beaches.

Έχει ένα μπάνιο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπαλκονάκι. Το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται σε ημιόροφο. Θα χαρούμε ιδιαίτερα να σας φιλοξενήσουμε.

Romantic house just a short walk from the sea

The house is located on the east coast of the island, in the beautiful bay of Kipiadi, thirty metres from the sea which is reached by a direct descent. Ideal for families, even with young children, it has large outdoor spaces; terraces and stone lounges from which to enjoy a wonderful view and in the evening admire the stars. The nearest village is Longòs, which offers romantic resurrections overlooking the harbour, less than 1 km away.

Dimitri's Seaview Studio - Lakka Paxos

The studio is located in the village of Lakka in the northern part of Paxos Island. Lakka is a small picturesque port 2 mins away. There are also two wonderful beaches about 5 mins on foot. In 2-3 mins on foot you can find taverns, cafes, tourist shops, super / mini market, ATM etc. Guests will need to climb about 25 steps to reach the apartment. For this reason it is not recommended for people with mobility issues.
