Adventure Awaits—Gorgeous Townhouse Close to Disney Parks

This place will quickly become your new home away from home! Not only does it have an epic location surrounded with dining and shopping options, but there is plenty to do at home too! We are located directly across from the clubhouse which has a beautiful pool and spa, and a gym. There is lovely pond with a bbq area as well. In the home, we have provided some games for the whole family to enjoy and even towels for the pool for your convenience. In a vacation home, we value comfort and precious time with family and friends, so we tried our best to create an environment built around those values for our guests to enjoy. We have recently renovated the property and have all brand new mattresses for your comfort and beauty sleep! The property has a master upstairs and downstairs so it is perfect for multiple families or those who dont do well with stairs. Tv's are provided in the two master bedrooms and in the living room so you can kick back and relax! As guests at Adventure Awaits, you have access to the entire property including a laundry room, full kitchen, and all the clubhouse amenities! This home also boasts 3 full bathrooms! Yes, 3! There is a large living and dining space with breakfast bar seating, so there is plenty of room for everyone! You can reach us any time through the Airbnb app! The home's great location places it close to many top sites. Spend a breathtaking weekend in the Disney Parks, head to Celebration for fun activities, and enjoy the many scenic lakes and hiking opportunities in the area. *The clubhouse in the pictures are part of the community ammenities. We recommend renting a car, if you are able to, for your own convenience. There is plenty of free parking at the property. If you are unable to rent a vehicle, Uber and Lyft are always great options and we have found a few shuttle services that schedule pick ups and drop offs online with large shuttle buses for bigger groups. Super Shuttle is one service I found online that seemed fairly convenient and affordable. We are happy to have you at Adventure Awaits and welcome your feedback so we can continually create the BEST experience for our guests. PLEASE NOTE: Cameras outside Property For the protection of both the guests and hosts, we have two cameras posted at the entrances of the property to see who is entering/exiting. Find a Little Magic in a Townhouse near Disney and Universal

This is a 1500 sq ft townhouse located behind the area of Old Town off of US hwy 192 and just minutes from the Disney resort area. The space includes a screened in patio with hot tub and relaxation area which might come in handy after your long day at the parks. The patio faces a wooded area, offering additional seclusion and privacy. As part of the Regal Oaks community, our guests have access to a beautiful community swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse restaurant. This is also a gated community which provides added security and sense of mind for your time away from home. There are many similar listings in this area, however, as our guest we can guarantee an exceptionally clean home that is both inviting and luxurious and an unforgettable Airbnb experience for the same competitive price. Guests are able to access the entire house with the exception of the AC/utility closet in the upstairs guest bathroom and the two storage closets downstairs which are all equipped with locks. Our interaction with guests is generally hands-off unless a situation arises in which our guests need assistance in any way. It's a skip and a hop to the Disney Resort and Universal from this home. Kids will also love the shared amenities at the Regal Oaks gated vacation community. Stores and more restaurants can be found a short walk away in nearby Old Town. Unfortunately, public transportation in the Kissimmee area in general is poor. The best way to get to and from any destination outside of the community is with a rental car or ride sharing service. The community does however, offer an excess of free parking throughout. We have not had many noise complaints in the past however as this is a vacation community with high guest turnover, the potential for loud neighbors is possible but unlikely.

ABOUT THE SPACE: The first floor consists in living room with sofa bed, 1/2 bathroom, full kitchen, and an private patio with HOT TUB. The second floor has two master bedrooms. One master with a king bed an a private bathroom and a master with two queen beds and a private bathroom. In this home, every desire has been anticipated so this resort lifestyle will provide perfect memories and experiences that will last a lifetime. ABOUT WHY US: Self check in, fast WIFI, cable, gym, free parking, washer and dryer inside the home, reliable and fast communication with host, BEAUTIFUL home decor, pack and play, high chair, and sofa bed for extra people. Did I mentioned the HOT TUB? and many other included necessities. You will be have access to the whole house and all the amenities in the resort. This is a self check in/check out home. ABOUT THE COMMUNICATION: We are fast responders and we should answer the very same day you may have an inquire. If you have any question, feel free to ask! The property is 7 minutes from Disney, 3 minutes from Celebration Florida, 20 minutes to Universal, and 15 minutes to Sea World. The home is next to Old Town, an amusement park and outdoor shopping mall. We have AVIS and Budget rental car within walking distance from the house as well as PUBLIX, 7-ELEVEN, WALLGREENS, TMOBILE, and many other stares. My place is in Compass Bay, a nice and quiet gated community near the attractions and major roads. Only 6 miles to Disney Springs and all Disney parks, 5 miles to the Premium Outlets, 10 miles to Universal Studios. This is a new, nice, cozy and clean townhome with 2 Bedrooms and 1.5 Bathrooms. You will really enjoy the swimming pool, the covered picnic area, and the kids will love the playground too! Parking spaces are in front of the unit. Perfect for families, couples or group of friends.

Welcome! This beautiful 2bd/2.5 bath townhouse is just 15 minutes from Disney! Our prime location is also close to other central Florida attractions such as Universal Studios and SeaWorld! At the Regal Oaks Resort you will find a fantastic pool, water slides, games room, gym, sauna, onsite dining at the clubhouse and much more! We DO NOT have any additional resort fees, the price you pay is final, it includes everything and all free amenities at our resort! Nature's little get away. Our home is located in a very private section of the resort backing onto a large conservation area. Nothing but green life and palm trees!
