This newly remodeled one-bedroom apartment is located on 5 acres of riverfront property. Private river access to the Animas River is 50 yards away. Also, enjoy the spaciousness of being in the country but less than 5 minutes from the grocery store and the best pizza in town. Two cruiser bikes with helmets and a lock are available for free. Access to the beautiful Animas City River Trail is available thru a private gate behind the apartment. It's a fun 10-15-minute ride to downtown.

The house is situated on a 320 acre cattle ranch. It was built in the early 1900's with the original part of the house built with adobe. The interior has been updated using repurposed barnwood and rusty tin from a local barn. The living area is a spacious open floorplan with a kitchen that opens to a diningroom, livingroom and sunroom. The house is completely private.
