You'll have your own entrance into a typical 'Ostfriesen'-house and will find a wonderful and cosy flat, which is situated in Rysum, a village near the North Sea (the UNESCO World heritage 'Wattenmeer'). There is an open kitchen with all the features you need. Next to it you'll find a large and comfortable bed that will help you to relax, regenerate and feel good. The modern bathroom with its large bathtube will delight you! A 3rd person can use a small room and bathroom next to the flat.

You'll love the place because of the surrounding area that's balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "breakout-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is fundamentally renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicap accessible and plenty of room. The kitchen-living room + living room offers all space for cozy exchange. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations, and furry friends (pets).
