Lovely 1/bed garden Apt with View

Cool, one bedroom garden level apartment with a stone patio to enjoy the sunset. There is a separate entrance to this charming get-away in the lower Berkeley hills. High enough to enjoy bay views but close enough to easily enjoy the vibrant gourmet ghetto shops, cafes and restaurants. The unit is approx. 575 sq ft and has an open floor plan with kitchen/living area complete with custom craftsman details and cabinetry. There is a full kitchen for preparing meals with concrete countertops. The bedroom has a flat screen TV, writing desk, closet and comfortable queen sized bed.( There is an air matress available for extra person) The apartment is eco-friendly with solar-powered radiant heat and hot water. We are located just around the corner from the Rose Garden, Live Oak Park and convenient to the UC Berkeley, the Greek Theater, Lawrence Hall of Science. Tilden State Park and other East Bay Regional Parks are just a short drive and have fantastic biking and hiking trails with stunning views and many areas to explore. We are also short drive or BART ride to San Francisco. We are conveniently located for excursions to Marin County, Wine Country and all the other greater Bay Area destinations We live upstairs, are long term Berkeley residents and we are more than happy to answer questions and assist you in any way to make your stay more enjoyable. I’m an Architect and have converted part of my home into a cozy one bedroom apartment. It’s immersed in nature so don’t be alarmed at the turkeys, deer and birds that you may often wake up to. There is a private yard in the back if you would like to explore and a breakfast patio for your enjoyment. Chill in the Hills-lil Berkeley Apt

This lovey sunny Berkeley hills, smoke free little apartment is a fifteen minute walk down hill to UC Berkeley, or dining at Chez Panisse or pizza at the Cheese Board. Watch the sun sink over the Golden Gate Bridge with a two minute stroll to the Rose Garden. Our neighbors are close to completing a new house on their property. Occasional construction noise during the weekday is to be expected. On occasion, we care for our daughter’s puppy. She is friendly and can be confined.

Cute, very quiet, private studio in-law with separate bedroom space, kitchen and private bathroom with shower (no tub). 415 Sq Ft. There is one queen bed in the bedroom and a full size pull out bed in the sofa (perfect for small kids). Apartment also has a small, private back yard area - great for those with small pets. Views of Golden Gate Bridge and much of the Bay Area visible from just outside your door. Tilden Park is just a few minutes drive from the property.
