This property has a large shaded yard and outdoor furniture to enjoy a cold drink, or play a round of corn hole. We are about 35 min to New Braunfels or SanAntonio and about 20 min to Canyon Lake and Blanco. We are close to the Guadalupe River, Guadalupe State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Texas and Fredericksburg is about 45 minutes away. The house is fully furnished with most basic household needs including a full size washer & dryer. The yard is fenced. The front room of this house (bedroom) is the original one room pioneer's home which was built in the late 1890's. The back portion was built approximately 100 years later by the current owner.
