Life in nature can hardly be more beautiful. Since 2020 New and almost finished you can switch off nicely and enjoy nature - it is quite active here. Whether strolling through the meadow, sitting on the pallet furniture outside or letting your soul dangle. Non-smoking house JACUZZI from Nov. - March not usable !

The apartment is on the 1st floor of the house and has been newly furnished for max. 3-4 people. The living room with double bed(180x200) sofa bed (130x200), bathroom with shower, wi-fi, TV is available. The new kitchenette is fully equipped. A storage room is available. The large balcony complements the apartment. Bicycle parking is available. Dogs are allowed.

From the covered sitting area, there is a view of meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly decorated down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, Bavarian Forest and Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and biking right from the front door.

Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style.
