Centrally located, it is a short drive to Winterplace Ski Resort, Hatfield McCoy Trail, Pipestem State Park, New River and Bluestone River. An EV charging station is 1/2 mile away. Also a short drive to White Water Rafting & Hatfield Mcoy Trails 2 parking spaces 2 full size couches 2 bunk beds & king available . WiFi & SmartTV. All linens & cookware provided, including coffee pot, coffee for your use and a few quick breakfast items. Back yard has a private sitting area with fire pit and small grill. Fire logs provided.

This lovely historic home on Greenbrier Drive has all of the basic amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen, one & 1/2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, and a river lover’s paradise! We are calling it a “potential stay” simply because this historic home has the potential to be a $200/night place. Each room needs scraped & painted and we will do it one-room-at-a-time as we can afford. This was Clare’s childhood home so THANK YOU for helping to restore it!
