We offer free coffee/tea and wine and beer for a fee.

The small apartment on the 1st floor is situated on the sunny west side overlooking the enclosed picturesque courtyard. Your comfort is taken care of by an air conditioner with a heat pump that cools and warms. During the renovation, the original composition of the apartment was preserved, when the new shower is part of the kitchen. The toilet is separate. The apartment will primarily provide friends or families with up to four people (plus a travel cot on request). Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval water castle and Romanesque church between Waldviertel and Weinviertel near Eggenburg. Cozy, south-facing and quiet kitchen. Sleeping area with curtain divisible. Bicycles, canoes, kayaks, sand playground, table tennis and the sauna with bath and outdoor shower are freely available to you.
