Mansion wing with high cozy factor close to lake.

Surrounded by a lush park and with its own private garden with greenhouses and patios, this 19th-century wing is located at a larger mansion. The house is about 80 sqm has 2 bedrooms with double bed and a single bed, living room, fully equipped mini bathroom and practical kitchen where nothing is missing. In the garden, there is a dining area on wooden decks. In the stall you will find barbecue and parasols. At the lake about 100 meters from the house is a rowboat that can be borrowed freely. Private parking close by. Pets, smoking is not permitted in the house.

Here you live in the middle of the farm, in real country idyll with horses and lake close by. A nice cottage with a large room with kitchen containing stove, oven, sink, fridge and microwave. Sofa and armchairs and dining table with 4 chairs. TV with chromecast where you can stream from play channels etc from your phone. Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Bedroom with double bed and a bunkbed with lower bed with room for 2 people. Possibility to book children's riding, yoga class and tea tasting(see photo).

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Borrow bikes and reach the beach in 10 min, or stop by Stockholm's coziest eateries with sweets, waffles and pizza. The cottage is small but charming and has a sunny lilac arbor and a romantic glazed pavilion to use. The cottage is a guesthouse on our garden, but detached from the main house. Car to Stockholm central: 40 min/commute: 50 min.

Tillgång till underbar vedeldad bastu! (tillägg 350 kr för ved och upptändning) Nära till Sörmlandsleden för suverän vandring, Kallfors Golfbana, vackra naturområden, sjöar och hav. Cozy cottage from 18yh century

Two small rooms with kitchenette in the hall. Bathroom. Sheets, towels and cleaning are not included in the price, the guest bring their own and clean the cottage before leaving, unless other agreement is made with the host. The cottage is heated. At arrival a fire have been lit, but for a continous cozy burning fire the guest bring their own firewood. Bags can be found at the local petrol station. Washing machine in separate building.
