Let me introduce you to my accommodation. You can see the magnificence of Seoraksan Daecheongbong, Dalmabong, and Ulsan Rock in front of the accommodation, and it is located where you can access Yeongrang Lake and the open and clean East Sea in 3 minutes. I think it is a place where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan Mountain, exploring famous temples, and observing the Unified Observatory. In particular, it is not a specialized pension with multiple units, but it is a space for only one team to stay, so it is a place where you can rest more secludedly. It is set up as a home for family and friends, but we have opened it up with the hope that it will be a place to connect and heal with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is composed of birch trees that are good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean pure white. I hope you will also see my birch tree art hanging from the accommodation and take a secluded rest while reading a book while swinging in the well-organized garden.

It is a warm space located in front of a small beach in Sokcho. As we remodeled the space we had as a vacation home for a long time, we wanted to leave the familiarity and coziness that was in it. An open sea lying on a semi-lustrous leather couch, a dishwasher humming a late trend on an old radio, and a cold beer after a shower. It's like any other day, but it's a space that will last longer than any other day, Sokcho Odinary. * This space is filled with old vintage furniture and props. It is also an expensive product, but it is a valuable item that is difficult to get again, so please save the space and make a reservation only for those who will use it carefully. Also, please be mindful of the neighbors and pay attention to noise between 9pm and 7am. * Pets are not allowed. * Maximum of 4 people is not allowed to stay other than the number of guests booked. * Kids Care John: You can stay with a child, but it is a suitable accommodation for adults, so special care is required by the caregiver.

. We will give you a clean 2 room apartment (whole house) where the host lived. We changed it to a new bed for our guests and refurbished it after major cleaning and disinfection. It is close to tourist attractions such as Sokcho Intercity Bus Terminal, Lighthouse Beach, Yeongrang Lake, and Bonformerguri. This apartment is hidden in a secluded neighborhood near the seaside, and it will give travelers a fresh feeling and unique relaxation to live as if they were residents for a while. You don't have to wander here and there, but you can stay in the accommodation. You can eat as much as you want in the kitchen, and you can lie in the living room with a view of the sea while watching Netflix. Enjoy the seclusion and peace of Sokcho that you can't feel anywhere else. Come whenever you need a break from life. It is the best accommodation for solo or for travelers of two or three. Sokcho is a place where the mountains, the sea, and the lake coexist. How many places can you hear the sound of the waves.... LP music from a turntable that you can't usually feel, you can play a guitar to a friend or a lover. I wait for travelers in a better time and space: I love looking at the sea. I feel good and I think when I see this wonderful sea view, I want to show it to someone. I want to share it with you when I see the great sea like a precious person rises when I eat the delicious food alone. And I want it to be a day when I smile because I want your day to be wonderful today while watching the blue sea. (: couch, red consoles, living room consoles, curtains, ellipticals, seashellshells, books, and some of the items I used to collect.) The ceilings, the outside walls, the dining table, the shelves, and all of the wooden interiors are woven with my own hands.

Flagging in the sunlight [Yeongrang Peninsula]

It is a nice accommodation with a view of Yeongrang Lake and Seoraksan Mountain, which are seen through a large window where the warm sunlight fills the house. The spacious living room and bedroom are separated, so it is great for lovers, friends or family. The house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room kitchen and veranda. There are two queen size beds in the bedroom, so there is no inconvenience when traveling with four people. You can lie in bed and watch TV, Netflix, etc. comfortably. There is a small terrace, so on a nice day, it is also good for a cup of tea with warm sunshine and nature. Just a short drive outside and downhill to the lake. Enjoy the beautiful Yeongrang Lake by walking slowly throughout the four seasons. (We have been operating with the new interior since September 23, 2021.)
