A great bike path starts practically at your doorstep to Kempten ( 20 km tour ) - great hiking paradise. Much is within walking distance. Sägemühle Eschachthal apartment, Kreuzbach

The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill, before drowning in the last decades. In 2018, the core renovation and conversion into a residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old saw could be preserved, in particular, by the refurbished visible beams. The house is located at 900m altitude, the climate is therefore somewhat rougher, in the summer yet very sunny. The location on the Eschach, which invites you to swim in the summer, is special.

We rent out our beautiful “Waldhäusschen” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with a forest panorama, you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The creek is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing sound and lapping can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones... including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

The apartment is located in a quiet and idyllic location not far from the city of Kempten (Allgäu) with great mountain views. Direct highway connection (A7). Perfect for singles or couples. There is a mini kitchen, as well as an extra bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking is right at your doorstep. The apartment is 15 square meters. Allgäu is one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany all year round. Snowshoes are available for rent on request for a fee.

You live in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed(2,70m x 2m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there overlooking the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months we have our sauna in operation. You can relax in it on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Excl. local tourist tax.

New old town apartment

It has a cozy 60sqm in one of the oldest houses in the heart of the old town. They live in the patrician house, which was built in the 16th century. An elevator takes you directly to the second floor apartment. The elevator door opens and you can feel the charm that the apartment exudes. You sleep in a large room with double bed and a pull-out sofa. Built into the wall, shelves and the historic doors make the apartment special special.
