Atelier apartment at the foot of the Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 sqm, with a well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, Markt and Lutherhaus 10-15 min., Wartburg: approx. 35 min. (forest path), train station: approx. 15 min. Hiking: Right behind the house begins the forest and many hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. I am happy to give tips and information. The windows of the studio go to the courtyard, which partly green, serves as a (large) part as a parking space. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby downtown (about a 6-10 minute walk). The surrounding southern district is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and worth seeing alone because of its many Art Nouveau villas. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in the Advent). If the nearby prince pond (2 minutes ) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio ( non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people on a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m). Since requests keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided. In addition, of course: dishwashing utensils/tea towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bathroom. A private parking space is available directly in front of the entrance for guests arriving by car. Note: actually the studio is not available on wednesdays, (arrival wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school-holidays. Note: with the exception of the Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4-6 pm. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just tell me your wish day for it.

Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the district road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and was designed with a lot of love. The furniture are made of wood and exude a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with french. Balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes over daily maintenance in consultation). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible in consultation at any time of the day.

In the holiday resort of Manebach you will find a lovingly furnished apartment in which you will find time to relax and unwind. The 124 km long Ilmtal cycle path leads from above the Ilmquelle in Allzunahan to the Ilmmündung in Großheringen. Bathing enthusiasts dive into the refreshing water of the outdoor swimming pool, which is 4 km away. For a city or shopping trip, the 45km away state capital Erfurt as well as Weimar in about 70 km offers everything your heart desires.

Cozy cottage in the Thuringian Forest

It is a small cute house with a 700sqm large well maintained and partly fenced/ with high hedges, directly in the Thuringian Forest. The house is located in a quiet garden without directly adjacent main road. In winter you can enjoy the quiet nature with sledges, cross-country skis or even alpine skis in the deep snow-covered forest. From the house 16 min away, a ski lift in the neighboring village Oberhof. Many wonderful hiking trails for young and old.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and attic of the annex. A large living area with open kitchen awaits you. This is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer, as well as microwave. The bathroom has a floor to ceiling shower. In the sleeping area, you will find a double bed. The idyllic cottage with a size of about 50sqm has a living room with open kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with space for 4 people and a dining area. The cottage is located in the climatic health resort of Finsterbergen directly on/in the forest, in a small bungalow settlement. Because of its location it offers an ideal starting point for hiking (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with minigolf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200m away.
