Duplex, exceptional sea view

For rent duplex of 67 m², exceptional sea view, close to the beaches, on the 7th and 8th floors of a 20th century heritage listed building (with elevator). In bedroom 2, I can separate the 160 box spring into two 80 beds if there is a need. Enjoy the magical sunsets on the terrace. In July and August I ask for a check-in after 4 P.M. and a checkout at 10 A.M., for the other periods I can be more flexible if the apartment is not rented before or after.

Splendid new house with sea view

New house that can accommodate 4 people with a beautiful sea view. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom on the ground floor and a spacious living room upstairs overlooking a magnificent sea view on one side and on the other side access to an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is close to the GR34 and Dourven Classified Site. Locquemeau, small fishing village is close to the coast of Granit Rose.

Beautiful bright apartment

Very nice apartment of 52m2 located 50 m from the beach "Octo Termen" and the port. Living room, very bright living room with fitted kitchen. (Oven, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, senseo, ...) Washing machine. Two bedrooms: One with a bed of 160 and the other with a bed of 140 . Linens provided and beds made upon arrival. Private parking and a cellar are also available. Very nice balcony with sunbed and garden furniture.

Charming cottage, feet in the water

At the tip of the port, after it is the sea, charming holiday cottage in the water with very nice view. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong in its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300m from the cottage. Beaches on foot, fishing on foot, within 50m, port cafe, restaurant and fish sale live by fishermen. Access to the mezzanine does not accommodate children under 10 years of age.
