You'll have the main level of the house, wrap-around deck and lots of parking! Easy access to the shops of "downtown" Garden city, Pickleville Playhouse, and Ideal Beach. We are a pet friendly home (so far, please help us maintain that option by cleaning up after your pets!) Great for creative retreats, getaways, families, digital nomads, and vacationers--not the right place for partiers. No smoking and the HOA noise ordinance is enforced. *Basement apartment is rented by long-term tenants*
