We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Very nice bright 2 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. You live on 50sqm in the attic directly on the Lahnwanderweg. You look over the city of Diez. You sleep on a 160x200cm bed. Parking in front of the house (or in the yard) at no cost. In a few minutes you can reach shopping center, bakery, butcher etc. 5 minutes from the Diezer inner and old town and the Lahn. To Limburg they drive 8-10 minutes. There is a cathedral and also a historic old town.

The closed apartment is located under the roof and captivates with its fantastic views over our small town. It is lovingly and functionally furnished to make you feel comfortable. The kitchenette allows you to self-cater. Microwave, stove with oven, kettle, coffee maker, fridge , are available. There is also a TV with satellite connection and air conditioning. The house is quiet and is also located in a quiet residential area. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Pure nature! You live in an old train station directly on footpaths and bike paths. Absolute peace (almost) without neighbours. Slow freight trains pass on the rails 3 times a day. On weekends they lie still - then you can watch deer or even a fox. The apartment is located in the former locomotive shed of the station and is stylish/individual and comfortably furnished. It is now available for the first time after complete renovation of the building.

Alpacas are pasture opposite as well as horses and sheep. The Westerwald is known for its beautiful hiking and cycling trails. Limburg with its beautiful old town and the cathedral invite you to linger and stroll in less than 20 minutes driving time.
