56 sqm modern, bright apartment for 2 adults and (max) 2 children. Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, micro, etc. 65” SmartTv as well as fast internet (500/500 mBit). Large windows facing Gällstaö and Lake Mälaren. Parking for a car is available. Swimming and nature on the doorstep. Restaurants in walking distance. Our apartment is not in the city but about 35-45 minutes away, about 10-12 km from Stockholm City. Available for long-term rental, even if it is blocked on the calendar. Just send me a message just.

This SOFO-district is famous for its relaxed atmosphere with bars, restaurants, trendy small shops of design, vintage, eco-food etc. Within walking distance to the old town of Gamla Stan, ferries to Djurgården, among lots of other "musts".. Enjoy the tranquility of fine Mälarhöjden with proximity to Stockholm's entire range. Proximity to subway that takes you to Södermalm in 8 minutes or 16 minutes to the city/central station. The apartment is about 40 m2. You have your own entrance and private patio with small garden. Parking space outside. Double bed or two single beds.
