Our apartment is located in the small district Fährdorf-Hof on the island Poel, remote from the main road. In the immediate vicinity is a touristically undeveloped natural coast. The nearest beaches can be reached by bike/car within a few km: Schwarzer Busch approx. 5 km, Gollwitz 6 km, Timmendorf 8 km. The beautiful Hanseatic city of Wismar is 13 km away. The apartment with separate entrance has a barbecue area as well as its own parking space. Note: In 2022, construction work will take place in the village.

We are happy that you are interested in our beautiful 68m² apartment. The apartment is very centrally located, so that you can reach the city center in 10-15 minutes on foot, for example. Nearby there is also a beautiful lake, which you can reach in just 5 minutes on foot and which you can walk around in about 2h-2,5h with a nice walk in nature. Welcome to our little guest apartment in the center of the UNESCO world heritage Wismar. The apartment is really well located in the center, in a beautiful historic but totally renovated house, just 80 meters away from central market place. We care of our guests in a very personal manner, since we are living in the same house. Although located centrally, it is a calm place, at ground level, with no stairs to climb, and a cozy terrace is exclusive part of the guest area.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dike! Our residential building and detached guest house were built in 2021. The guesthouse is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., that have been designed and built in individual crafts and with a lot of love for detail. Our small ,fine holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of our residential building. The holiday apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen was divided. Kitchen has a ceramic hob, kettle and filter coffee machine , as well as usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) as well as a few small cupboards. There is also a beautiful shower room.

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m2 Wifi, towels and linens included. Terrace to rest. At Schiffbauerdamm there are two parking spaces. The second one is free. (About 5 minutes away) There are parking meters in front of the house: you can only park for free from 19:00 to 9:00. The train station is 1km.
