Walking distance to chalk-white beaches and Ljunghuset golf club. You have the whole guest house to yourselves! The guesthouse is about 20 sqm and has a kitchenette as well as a bathroom. The room has a queen size continental bed and a sofa bed. Wi-Fi and TV are available. In the kitchenette there is a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Access to patio in southwest location. Possibility to borrow two bikes for lovely excursions to restaurant/ICA (approx. 1 km), Skanör/Falsterbo (approx. 6 km) and Höllviken (approx. 4 km).

Dining table with 4 seats. Sofa bed with attached table as well as TV and Sonosh speakers. 120 cm bed placed in the niche creates a cozy feeling! The bathroom has toilet, shower, sink and combined washing machine/dryer. 200 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Sweden and 1.5 km to Höllviken Centrum.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ta en kort promenad till stranden eller skogen! Finns bra med butiker och ett litet kokvrå att göra er egen mat. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.
