Welcome to a newly renovated accommodation with very good communications to central Malmö and Copenhagen. In a few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken care of every square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Delicious, bright, cozy 2-bedroom apartment in newly built villa with private entrance in quiet residential neighborhood. Free parking at the door. Access to own secluded patio outside the front door. Bathroom with shower with "rainwater shower" and hand shower. The bedroom has 2 single beds that can be put together into a large double bed. Lovely guesthouse of 35 m2 Small bathroom, with very small shower. Nice small kitchen with fridge and there is ONLY the possibility to make breakfast. Large room with double bed 140x200. Sofa and TV. Dining area for 2 persons. The house is located in a quiet area, close to Roskilde and about 300 meters to the beach with bathing bridge. Nearby there are also 2 restaurants. Approximately 2.5 km to shopping opportunities The house is located in our backyard, where we are staying.

Large south-facing wooden terrace in nice enclosed garden, on 800m2 of land. 10 minutes to Køge. And 45 minutes to Copenhagen. 15 minutes to Stevens klint. The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years.
