For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel silver region at the foot of the Tux Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. Fantastic views compensate for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel silver region or for ski tours to the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Ziller Valley.

Time out in the original building monument with modern comfort - right by the Ziller. If you always wanted to know how you used to live in the Zillertal, you can get an idea of it here: A lot is original, we just added a bit of comfort, so that you can also take a warm shower without having to heat up before... ;-) In our garden you can spend wonderful summer days, shop or eat directly in the village and the ski resorts are also very close...

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great view of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, plates slide, toboggan, go tours, snowshoe hikes. We have over 50 bee colonies on our lands, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
