1st floor property with great views of the river Clyde and well positioned for those visiting the area for work or leisure. Ideally located on the waterfront in central Helensburgh, ensuring the towns many excellent restaurants & bars and amenities are easily accessible. The apartment has a large open plan living room, with dining area and fully fitted modern kitchen. The 2 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The bathroom has a corner bath, and also a large separate shower cubicle.

The 2 bedroom apartment is in a smart new building, (the upper right hand flat in the photo) newly built by the architect owners, Gareth and Andrea. It is a short walk from the restaurants, pubs and wine bars of the town. Despite being centrally located the building is on a quiet street and the apartment has 2 off street parking spaces. The apartment is on the first floor, a private entrance leads up a wide staircase to a bright south-facing living space containing a fully equipped kitchen.

Ardenconnel House is a B listed Mansion house dating back to 1750. The property is located in the village of Rhu, near Helensburgh which is ideally placed for exploring Loch Lomond and the West coast of Scotland while close enough to Glasgow to allow easy access to the city by road or rail Loch Lomond is also only twelve miles away, and Stirling only an hour away. Rhu itself has a large marina, a welcoming wee pub and local shop. All in all a peaceful property, in a beautiful location.

"Elmbrook" studio room Helensburgh

Our self contained studio room was converted from a sound proofed music studio and has been freshly decorated. It is connected to our garage, is separate from our house and has its own entrance and on street parking. Double bed, En Suite, Sitting area ,kitchen and entrance area. We have added a window to the flat after feedback from our guests.
