Cozy mountain cabin with direct connection to the mountain

Large charming holiday home almost directly on the mountain incredible views and very quiet and nice. In terms of downhill skiing it is Ski in/ski out location. Just under 100 meters away, you can get directly out into the hill and can slide down to the lift, from here you can also ski out on the mountain . At the lift's valley station also starts cross-country skiing tracks. 5 km of electric lights and a large track system. For a larger selection of ski slopes, Bydalen is recommended which is 17 km away and has Sweden's fifth largest lift system

Cozy and modern mountain lodge in Gräftåvallen!

Welcome to a cozy and modern cottage in the mountains of Jämtland! The cottage is within walking distance (about 10 minutes) to Gräftåvallens ski resort. At the ski resort is Fjällgården with good restaurant and small local life. For more downhill skiing there is Bydalen about 20 minutes by car. The cottage is located at the end of a dead-end street - hence little car traffic in the area. Access road to the snowmobile trail just behind the cottage. Proximity to hiking, fishing and berry picking. Beach and fishing in Häggsåssjön about 7 km.

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue area on the patio with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake view, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the corner. The cottage is cozy decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fire pit that makes the cabin even more cozy if possible. Wifi is available. Cozy mountain cabin, close to Bydalen

Cozy mountain lodge in lovely Gräftåvallen, Bydalen 7 beds, glassed-in patio, broadband 500 Mb, large terrace in sun mode near the calf mountain. Close to prep ski tracks and hiking trails 3 km away is Fjällgården with resturang, pub, shop slalom slope. Bydalens nice ski paradise is only 15km away. A stone's throw from the cottage is the fäbodvallen with a troll trail and a fishing ladder for the younger ones. Large trampoline. Several barbecue areas and a large barbecue area. Fäbodvallen is surrounded by a cozy creek and cross country.

A cosy mountain cabin in Gräftåvallen

Let go of everyday life and relax in our cozy cabin. From the cabin it is a 15 min walk to the restaurant Fjällgården, nearby and lifts. Food trail to the snowmobile trail system is available at the cabin. The tram can be reached in 10 min. Bydalen's large lift system takes about 20 minutes by car. There are several nice fishing waters, including: Dammån and Häggsåssjön. To the lake it is 7 km. There is a nice beach and barbecue areas. From Fjällgården it takes 15 minutes to Kalfjäll. There you can hike for marked trails.

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully situated above E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to go by bus, you get down to the bus stop at E14. You can bring your skis or board on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can hike, fish, dog sledding, hire snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. You can get directly from the house to hiking trails and cross country cycling. If you have any questions, call us and ask.

We can not promise that you will see the northern lights, moose, reindeer and catch wild fish; but many of our guests have experienced it.
