The apartment were completed 2022. Apartment is 100m² which includes a luxury bedroom with a 200x200cm boxspring bed and en suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, large lounge and extra toilete. The large covered balcony offers superb views of the harbour and old city also a beautiful jacuzzi 220x220cm, sun lounges and a shower. Covered parking is in front of the building. You walk out onto the roof top to the see main central tower that is St. Domnius in front of you! The apartments main wall is all glass, that can slide back to open the whole space up. Photos do not explain how brilliant this place is. A modern space, very comfortable bed, air con, fridge, smartTV and coffee machine. Large shower room off main space."...
