Relax in this unique and quiet home that straddles the entire Askim fjord all the way to the Tistlen. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the screezes of the seagull for the morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there are no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the knot. Here is the proximity to Gothenburg city center(14min), the quietness and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Cozy boat in the heart of Gothenburg, right in front of the Opera. You can walk anywhere in the city: 8 minutes walk to Central Station, 2 minutes to the main Avenue and 2 big supermarkets. Docked in a Marina with toilets, showers and washing machine 30 meters from the boat, unlimited access with a code (no working toilet onboard). The interior height is 184cm. The boat has a "patio" and a "terrace" with table and chairs. Unlimited wifi, desk and design chair to use as a floating offiice :)

Here you live right by the water just a boule throw from the harbor level, on quiet and idyllic Kalvsund in Gothenburg's northern archipelago, the southernmost part of Bohuslän. Our nice island is a real archipelago idyll. There are no cars, just houses, small boat ports, walking paths, our famous bow, bohuslän cliffs and salty swimming in one of our nice swimming areas. Yet it is easy and convenient to get to central Gothenburg by public transport with everything the city has to offer.

A magical house with large patio deck, associated outdoor furniture and barbecue. In a peaceful environment with a private feel, this rustic and modern house is embedded in greenery. The house has two rooms plus loft and accommodates four beds, of which one double bed and two single beds. A bathroom with shower and also an outdoor shower. Lovely boathouse only 30 min from Gothenburg, with amazing seaview over the lake Aspen. Perfect for those who love the outdoors! The cottage of 30 sqm is located on the water and includes a small kitchen and a sleeping loft. In the livingroom you will find a sofa , a queen size bed, a diningtable and a fireplace. Toilet is located in the main building (30 m from the boathouse) with its own entrance from the basement.

In addition, own private terrace with deck chairs. Only 2 minutes walk to tram taking you directly into town in 20 minutes. Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.
