The house is over 100 years old, squeaks , buzzes, and makes sounds . The location behind the village, in the middle of the fields and meadows, in the wilderness, "behind " a private forest, the second building is constantly inhabited. A few minutes walk ( across the road ) to the Ramucka Forest. The place is quiet, but you can hear tractors during the harvest. It's idyllic. The house is not suitable for infants.

Top floor, ( elevator) stylish studio apartment (open space style 35 square meters ) with small balcony and great views. Great location, 8 minutes walk to the Old Town!! A sparkling clean studio in the very center, in a historic building with high ceilings and views of the city square,on the fourth (last!) floor, but there's an elevator!
