A cute cottage with a POOL on a working horse farm in the Texas Hill Country. Beautiful quiet setting close to Boerne, Fredericksburg shopping, dining and Wine Country, and San Antonio. River kayaking is close by and Comfort is an Antique shopping Mecca. The horses are friendly and complete the beautiful view out your front door. We are not a riding facility but love to share our beautiful farm with visitors looking for a peaceful holiday, convenient to lots of activities. Limit two guests.

This 1900 farmhouse located on the Pedernales River is filled with family memorabilia and antiques. The ranch has a wide array of wildlife as well as ranch animals such as nannie goats, chickens, ducks, and cows. The home is located just outside of town but, close to all the conveniences. Relax outside in the hottub or sit on the screen porch in back or the front porch with a glass of wine and enjoy the wildlife. There is a over 200 yr old live oak tree to sit under and enjoy the views.
