The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. ‘Little Bream' is a beautiful fully furnished, cosy barn cottage between Falmouth & the Helford River, within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, a pub & a shop. Our house is situated on a town estate, towards the end of a row of houses built in the early 1900s, with the front looking out towards the Penryn River, which can just be seen from the front bedroom. There is a convenience store and launderette less than a minute away and Falmouth town centre is within 10 minutes walking distance. The house has off-street parking for two (medium) vehicles.

St Ives beach retreat, centrally located.

'The Rest' is a light and airy cottage apartment, situated on the brow of a hill with views towards Porthminster Beach. We have recently renovated the kitchen and shower room and redecorated throughout and it is comfortably furnished for two people. It is located one minute's walk from the harbour front and town centre, and a three minute's stroll to the surfing beach of Porthmeor.
