Our home is a great location to endure some peace and quite live -an escape from the crowds and major tourist areas yet close by if you wish to see the sights.

The loft has a main space with a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and an amazing view from the balcony, while the upper deck has two double beds. Two sofas in the living room can also be converted into beds. Renovated, with a nautical theme reminiscent of the island’s sea culture and history. One can gaze at the horizon of the Aegean sea from each corner of the house.

Although there is a small free view of the sea the house is located 5 minutes (on foot) away from the beach and village square (Karavostamo), 15 minutes (by car) from the beautiful harbour of Evdilos Ikaria and 25 minutes or so under the beautiful beaches and areas of northern Ikaria (Kampos, Gialiskari, Armenistis, Mesakti).
