Entire cozy house just for you friends and family. Perfect to spend a pleasant and relaxed moment. If you plan to have a party or event, this place is NOT for you. The neighbors are very strict in terms of noise and large groups of people. Well maintained house. CLEAN POOL BUT NOT HEATED. Tarpon - King Beds. Just a short walk to Barefoot Beach (1.2Miles) , 20 restaurants close by, Publix within 1 Mile, bait store at corner. New baths, kitchen, fresh paint, fans. Large Screened in Lanai, Vaulted Ceilings, New Full Kitchen, Full sized washer and dryer. Room for three cars in the drive. We have a property across the street and you can sit on the Gulf Access canal there. New sidewalks have been added on the street where this unit is located.

This safe waterfront neighborhood has tons of friendly people out walking, running, biking, dog walking, etc. The house is 1/4 mile to the beach as the crow flys. Beach entrances are 2 miles away. We have 2 nice adult bicycles, kayaks and fishing rods for you to use. Located just off Wiggins Pass Road between 41 and the ocean.
