Tiny House at Creamers Field

A great private location with beautiful views of nature, you will feel relaxed and at ease in this beautiful area. Look out for the Northern Lights/Aurora with no houses on the north side of the road to block any view of them. The home has a comfortable queen bed. Cook on the gas range with all the necessary cooking utensils available. The house has Wi-Fi, TV / Amazon Fire Stick to watch your favorite shows. The house includes hot water to the taps, indoor toilet and stand up shower. (see below)

Welcome to Sky’s Place. This little gem with its Alaskan charm is located just 20 minutes from grocery, local bars and restaurants. 60 min to Chena Hot Springs and 2 hours to Denali National Park. It’s a perfect romantic getaway or a cozy place to enjoy with friends. We are up in the hills facing north without city lights, allowing spectacular northern light viewing. The cabin has lots of beautiful wood accents, natural light and room darkening shades. We now have a water flushing toilet!!

Private cabin in a quiet neighborhood just outside Fairbanks city limits. Perfect for lone travelers or couples. Cabin is small (500 sq. ft.) with queen bed & child mattress in the sleeping loft, small kitchen with hot plates, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker (not a full range or oven). Cabin has radiant floor heat, as well as a woodstove for cozy nights in winter. It does not have air conditioning. Guests are welcome to use the deck, grill, fire pit, garden, lawn chairs & tables.

We are located in Goldstream valley about 9 minutes from Fairbanks. It is a quiet get away spot surrounded by birch trees. Life is simple here. The bathroom is an outhouse - common in Fairbanks. We have a banya sauna for bathing. Running hot & cold water inside cabin. A store & laundromat with showers 1 mile away. Ivory Jacks restaurant & bar 1 mile away, Sam's Thai 3 miles. Great northern lights viewing! Close to hiking trails & bird sanctuary. Our home is a 4min walk from cabin.

This small cabin has everything needed for a safe, quiet and comfortable home base while you visit Fairbanks. *** Please note that there is a half bath -- a sink and toilet, NO bath or shower facilities. *** ** At times during the winter, AWD or 4WD is REQUIRED. To avoid the steep part of the driveway, there is a parking space 100 feet away from cabin. An extension cord for the headbolt heater can be supplied, if needed.

In all honesty, our cabin is “damp,” which means it has limited running water at the kitchen sink, but dry/damp doesn’t mean you will want for creature comforts.
