Dear guests! My house is located in the center of the city, on the university street; 5 minutes to Anadolu University, 5 minutes to the Espark shopping center, 10 minutes to the train station and 1 minute to the university street where the cafe, restaurants are located, and 10 minutes to the bar street and the islands along the water. The tram and bus stops are a 3-minute walk from home. It has all the stuff you may need in a house. Feel free to choose us if you want to stay in the lively city center in a friendly,safe and clean house =)

I believe Suit Apart, right in the center

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located place. You will stay in a safe and clean place 250 meters to the train station, 200 meters to Espark Shopping Mall, 100 meters to the bar street, in the very center of everything you are looking for. Our building was built in 2021 and completely earthquake resistant, you can pay special attention to this and have a stay with peace of mind in the houses where you will stay.
