Newly renovated apartment with "flair" in a listed captain's house directly in the old town of Flensburg. 1820 meets 2024 - the entire house has been renovated and lovingly modernized. The beautiful Johannisviertel in the old town of Flensburg is only 150m away from the center and harbor and impresses despite the central location by the peace and idyll of the district. The approx. 30 m ² house has two rooms and a shower room. In the small front garden you can enjoy the morning sun and on the side terrace the evening sun. Our Resthof is centrally operated with a pellet heater. The farm is only a 15 minute walk from the Baltic Sea. From the nearby wild beach, you can look over to Denmark. Glückburg, 5 km away, has good shopping and Flensburg, 17 km away, impresses with its harbour and the many colorful houses.
