It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. There are deer, chickens, cats and bees here. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I build as an organic farm with permaculture. You live with us on the first floor of our house. They have the same entrance as us, but each apartment then has a lockable apartment door. The apartment ( 103 m²) is fully furnished and has a beautiful covered balcony. In the apartment there are 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet. There are also 2 to 3 parking spaces right next to the house.
