You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Small kitchen with hot plate and cooking utensils. Nice mattress with views of the sunrise. Full bath. Nice couch with Netflix on tv. Desk for those that want to work. 13 miles to Boulder 20 miles to Nederland 27 miles to Eldora Ski Resort 9 miles to Gold Hill 30 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park Hiking all around. If interested in longer stays, message us for discounts. PLEASE NOTE: AWD/4WD is required in winter months.

New Remodel! Peaceful Studio in Boulder's exclusive Spanish Hills. Estate has gorgeous views, only 5 mins to Louisville's restaurants & shops, 15 mins to central Boulder 28th & Pearl. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave etc. Bath has walk in shower. We're quiet people & seek quiet guests as this is our home where we live and work full time. Comfortable, private studio blocks to downtown

Very comfortable, private studio just three blocks to downtown Louisville downtown restaurants and parks. Peaceful and quiet location ideal for one person or a couple. There is a great outside patio to hang out with a mountain view. Please follow along with the pictures to go from finding the front of the house to park at the end of the alley to the south on Hutchinson near the old buildings. Then make your way down the alley to the back gate.
