Beautiful bright apartment, about 100 sqm, is located on the 1st floor of our beautiful country house villa. The separate entrance is accessible via an external staircase. Large living room with dining table, 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, shower room and terrace. Optimal transport connection, 3 min. to the motorway junction Kerpen A4/A61, Cologne West with shopping centre in about 12 minutes. Phantasialand Brühl approx. 15min., Brühler Schloss ca. 20 min., S-Bahn connection in the neighbouring village, approx. 20 min. to Cologne main station.

Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday time. We host with heart and soul. Cozy studio in Berzdorf near Cologne/Bonn/Brühl

Please be sure to pay attention before booking rather than rate negatively! Berzdorf is a small village and not a district of Cologne! The location is quiet, the transport connections are good. Cologne Cathedral is about 15 km away. The modern studio is located in the basement of our house and has a separate entrance for guests. The comfortable bed can accommodate 1-2 people. In the room there is a fully equipped kitchenette. The studio includes a private bathroom with large shower.

The flat is on the second floor in our house. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, also a fully equipped kitchen ( backing oven and dishwasher) with dining area and open to the living room with sofa and TV. A washing machine is available. From the big balcony there is a overview into the Eifel. In immediate surrounding there is the famous amusement park " Phantasialand ", one of the pilgrim´s routes (Jakobsweg ) and the Erft cycle track is reachable in 300 meters.

The independent house consists of two rooms and a bathroom. In the living room is also a small kitchenette with 2 hot plates, crockery, coffee machine, microwave etc. The bed in the bedroom has the size 160x200. As a connection between the two rooms is the shower room. A parking space is right in front of the cottage.We provide bed linen and towels free of charge, but ask our guests to move in and out of the beds themselves.
