Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Look for us online: #VillaParadisoPhoenix Enjoy the kitchen space and help yourself to breakfast. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. Please contact us thru the app for fastest response. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Smartphone navigation will guide you to our address easily and with accuracy. We are less than 10 mins from the airport. Our house is pet-free and we are non smokers.

Homey Mid-Century Modern Guesthouse with Private Entrance

Sway on the swing seat by the fire pit in the shared backyard of this quiet suburban home. With wood furnishings, cool grey upholstery, and pristine white sheets, the studio is set up to experience the luxuries of a hotel room with thoughtful extras that make it feel like home. We are in a family friendly neighborhood and have a labradoodle who also uses the backyard. My husband and I are available for any assistance and questions you may have! We are just a call or text away. We would love to get to know you and share a drink on the patio if you are feeling social or give you as much privacy as you would like! This private guesthouse in Arcadia Lite is a short walk from restaurants, coffee shops, a library, park, Costco, and Target. There is a walking and running greenbelt steps away. Downtown, Old Town Scottsdale, Camelback Mountain, Tempe, and the airport are a short drive. We have plenty of parking- driving, uber, and lyft are the easiest to explore the spread out city of phoenix. Biking, walking and jogging down the green belt is also lovely when the weather is nice.

This is a comfortable home-base for trips to Tucson, Flagstaff, Sedona, the Grand Canyon, or a short drive to A.S.U. and downtown Tempe. The photos of the interior may not do the dimensions justice.
