In the immediate neighbourhood are a range of local restaurants, cafes & shops, including Delselius Bageri, Enskede Matbod, Tomatis Pizza, plus Thai & Indian take-aways. Globen & Tele2 Arena are just 10 minutes walk away. The guest house is open it's own kitchen & a small bathroom containing a shower & toilet. It is ideal for couples & solo travellers

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

A very small, recently refurbished studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. An 8-10 min walk to the subway station Svedmyra. (Green line) Subway Tallkrogen at 10 min walk. (Green line). Close by is a big supermarket, parks and restaurants as well as nice walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets.

New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

Welcome to a detached tiny house located in Älvsjö. From here you have walking distance to Älvsjömässan as well as to buses and commuter trains that will take you into Stockholm city in ten minutes. The house is decorated with a 120 cm bed. Kitchen area with stove, microwave and fridge. Basic kitchen equipment/crockery. Toilet/shower.
