Bright & sunny downstairs 2 bedroom suite forms part of a 1912 heritage home in KITSILANO/POINT GREY. Updated in 2018 but still retaining quirky features such as wooden floors upstairs & window frames in the suite . Situated 3 blocks from beach & 1 block from 4th Ave. Friendly area, close to UBC & downtown. Home is divided into 3 levels. We live on main level with long term tenants on upper floor. Free parking on street or 1 car at back. Close to bus routes. Best location for visiting Vancouver.

Quiet, relaxing space in Kits Point

We are located in beautiful Kits Point just a few blocks to the beach and many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to Granville Island or hop on an aqua bus to take you to the West End. A nice half hour to 45 walk from our home will take you downtown. The bus stop is a convenient 5 minute walk. ALTHOUGH THE SUITE DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN it has a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and kettle as well as dishes and utensils. Unsuitable for children under 5.

Great private room on main-floor of Kitsilano heritage home. Perfect for an individual or couple. Private entrance, private room (studio), private bathroom. We are family of four, so you will be able to hear us during the daytime (night time we have quiet hours, children are in bed). Short walk to Jericho beach, sailing centre, rent kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, etc. Close to 4th avenue shops, restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, etc. Easy/quick access to UBC or downtown by bus.

Private en-suite room with the separate entrance at back in the newly refurbished 100 year old heritage house. 10 min by bus (bus stop is 1 min walking distance) /35 min by foot to downtown, 15 min walk to Kitsilano beach. Our place is at UBC and close to the airport, parks, arts and culture venues, and great views. Private garden entry. A great place for those coming to UBC for a conference or meeting.
