Ranch-style 460 sq ft studio with full bathroom & attached kitchen area. This studio has epic views of the creek & mountains and is located 200 ft from the main house. We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

This beautifully renovated upstairs condo is located in the heart of downtown Ouray. The front entrance is located off 6th Ave (same as Kristopher's Culinary, Hotel Ouray and the new MoJo's Coffee Shop), just a half block from Main Street. The condo was renovated in 2018/2019 with brand new EVERYTHING (floors, kitchen, bathroom, carpet, windows, HVAC, etc.)! All finishes are high end giving the feeling of a lux stay. The condo has an open concept while the bedroom and bathroom are private.
