The guest suite in the Stöckelkeller near Bayreuth

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village Unschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 min., the city center 15 min. and the Festspielhaus 20 min. away. You live on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment in the way we like it to travel ourselves. House is right next to the little Margrave Castle Schreez. 2021 & 2022 we renovated the house.

The in-law includes a parking space, which is right in front of the separate entrance. Very nice cozy 1 room. Apartment in the heart of Bayreuth. By foot: 2 minutes to the train station, 5 minutes to downtown The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is 35 m2 in size with a large living/sleeping area, a completely new kitchenette in the entrance area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a new tumble dryer and a washing machine. We lovingly restored our old farmhouse in 2016. The indoor climate is pleasant because the whole house is equipped with wall heating and clay plaster. Located in a small place with only a few homes, it is particularly suitable for nature lovers and people looking for peace and quiet. Children will also get their money's worth. 16 sqm coziness in friendly furnished bungalow for 2 people. Quiet location amidst the greenery, adjacent to forest, meadows and fields! The kitchenette offers everything you need, as well as a sink, refrigerator, double induction stove, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Completed in 2020, it's a dream come true. The trend with less is more I have personally experienced - first have to and see it as an opportunity. Pure nature on the edge of the forest!. A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sports activities. The property is located a bit off the beaten path. Nearby are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Bike and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 holiday houses with private, separated outdoor area. Free parking space at the house.

Located at the edge of the Fichtelgebirge and Franconian Switzerland, as well as at the gateway to the Upper Palatinate, is ideal for hiking, biking, skiing and relaxing.
