The whole apartment was recently renovated and modernly furnished. In addition to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom, there is a large living and dining area and a small terrace. The attractiveness of Eichwalde is characterized by the proximity to the capital Berlin, the nearby forest and the water as well as the versatile gastronomic offer. From the nearby station "Eichwalde" you can quickly reach the center of the capital with the S 46 and the S 8 or at the airport BER.

The apartment is located in a former bakery in the historic Fischererkietz. The street, with its listed houses, is reminiscent of a turn-of-the-century village street. The castle island as well as the old town with all amenities are within walking distance. In summer you can swim in the river pool or in Müggelsee. The airport BER can be reached in 45 minutes by bus (162/164) and S-Bahn (45/9). If you want to combine city trip and relaxation, this is the place to be.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.
