We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. 100 years old log house, which was demolished in 2008 in the neighboring village and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Special care was taken with regard to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, waste wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The cosy little house (75m²) served us for 10 years as a residence.

We rent out our small cabin near Zell am See. Very quiet location on the edge of the forest with a small stream and almost no other neighbor (only two other cottages nearby!) Simply furnished, one bedroom with double bed, living room with fireplace and two other beds on a gallery in the living room. There is space for up to three people/children. A ladder goes up! TV+Internet. Small kitchen and basic bathroom! It is heated by an automatic pellet stove.
