From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where gams, fox and rabbit still say good night. There are wonderful hiking trails directly from the house, which also invite you to winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

The detached, almost 100 year old house, with a lot of character and coziness, is centrally located in the heart of Pfeffingen - starting point to the premium hiking trails. A bus stop is directly in front of the house as well as a private parking space for about 2 cars or 1 camper and 1 car. A wood-burning stove is available for coziness in the evening. Behind the house, a cozy garden (about 25 square meters) with a wooden terrace invites you to linger. It is fenced with a low wooden fence.

Welcome! We are located about 10 minutes' walk from the center of Ebingen in a low-traffic residential area. The granny flat with a separate entrance area is completely at your disposal. A bedroom with a large bed (1.4x2m) and closet, a living-dining room with kitchenette and additional sleeping space on the sofa (1x2m). A daylight bathroom with floor-level shower niche and underfloor heating. We are a family of 6 with a dog and look forward to your visit!

Lovely in-law apartment in cottage settlement

The cozy apartment in the basement has a newly renovate bathroom with XXL shower and Rainshower shower head. The kitchenette with ceramic hob is fully equipped. The dining room has a nice TV area with a large sofa bed and a dining table for four people to sit on. A large wooden deck, where you can enjoy the sunset in the summer, may also be used. The Weber gas grill may also be used for a BBQ.

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof", which was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly decorated in mid-2016, is about 90 m ², fully furnished and stretches over two floors. It is actually quiet in the town of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with a very good connection to the B27.
