Enjoy the peninsula's Carrying Place Beach, Perry's Lobster Shack, and trails. Come and stay if you love biking, kayaking, walking and hiking. The tiny house (12X8) has a full bath, kitchenette, and a new style roll out bed. FYI, when the bed is rolled out, it will take up most of the living space. It is compact but offers it all!

Edgewater is centrally located off of Route 1 (Schoodic Scenic By-way) in Sullivan Harbor. You can enjoy our beach and picnic tables on the wharf while surrounded by amazing views. You will find a tennis court just a short walk up our driveway. Nearby there are restaurants and dining, local hiking trails, and Acadia National Park. There are 2 other small cabins plus larger ones available that can accommodate families. In July and August there is a 7 night minimum stay from Sat. to Sat.

A tiny guest house (450 sq ft) overlooking the Benjamin River. AC!!. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private porch. Living area has a smart tv (no cable, but internet available to access your streaming account). DVD's also available. There is an airiness to this dome-shaped hut. Light streams in from the skylight directly overhead. It is located in a sunny clearing across the creek from the other homes, a short walk from the outhouse and a well where you can fill your water bottles with fresh spring water. There is a bonfire pit with a swivel grill and an outdoor kitchenette with a propane stove, frying pan, kettle and french press.
